One pet allowed for an additional fee of $30/month and a refundable $300 pet fee. There is a breed restriction, property manager will ask for a photo of the dog. Tenant will be asked to sign a Pet Addendum. Snow removal to be taken care of by tenant. Landlord will provide shovels. One garage space and 1 pad space. No smoking allowed in the property. Credit score 650 or better needed.
