Why "Park 22" Real Estate?

When we founded Park 22 Real Estate in 2022, we wanted a name that reflected our values and the communities we serve. Looking back on the challenges of 2020, we were reminded of how important local parks were—providing a safe space to meet, get fresh air, and find a sense of normalcy. Parks are the heart of so many neighborhoods, offering a place for people to gather, unwind, and create lasting memories.

Because of this, we chose the name Park 22 as a tribute to these vital community spaces. We are also committed to giving back by donating a portion of every transaction to local park systems. Supporting these spaces allows us to contribute to the communities we love and ensure that future generations can continue to enjoy them.
